Il 28 gennaio si tiene presso il Parlamento europeo, il seminario "Je suis Charlie. Media Freedom in the EU and South Eastern Europe". Un appuntamento per discutere di ciò che è emerso dal progetto europeo "Safety Net" che OBC, assieme a molti partner, ha dedicato alla libertà di stampa.
