Two questions regarding the new Media law
According to a legal precedent, media owners who go bankrupt are not allowed to get involved in new editorial projects in Greece. Therefore, due to the closure of newspapers of major Greek media groups with the bankruptcy process to be secure against creditors, none of the present oligarchs should get a TV license based on the new licensing legislation.
