PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: the processing of your data, gathered and stored with the completion of this form, is legally based on your consent and has the following purpose: to send newsletters and informative communications.

DATA RECIPIENTS: within the limits of the processing purpose indicated, your data may be communicated to partners, consulting companies, and private companies, appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller. Your data will not be disseminated in any way. The Data Processors are promptly identified in the Privacy Document, which is updated on a regular basis.

TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD: the collected data may be transferred to non-EU countries for which the European Commission has issued the so-called "adequacy decisions".

PERIOD OF CONSERVATION: the collected data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed ("storage limitation principle", art. 5, GDPR) or according to the deadlines set by law. The verification of the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY: the data subject is always entitled to requesting the Data Controller access to, modification, or removal of their data; the limitation of processing or the possibility of objecting to processing; requesting data portability; and revoking consent to processing by relying on these and other rights provided by the GDPR by a simple communication to the Data Controller. The data subject can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

MANDATORY AND NON-MANDATORY DATA: there are optional and mandatory fields (indicated by an asterisk); failure to provide the mandatory data implies NOT sending the form.

MANDATORY CONSENT: giving consent to data processing by a special check is optional, but essential to proceed with form submission.

DATA PROCESSING METHODS: the personal data you supply will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned regulations and the confidentiality obligations that bind the activity of the Data Controller. The data will be processed both informatically and on paper or any other type of appropriate support, in compliance with the appropriate technical and organisational security measures established by the GDPR.
